DWR was founded by Drew Waddell in 2010 to provide experienced advice to occupiers and landlords. During a career of nearly 40 years, Drew has acted for most of the UK's leading retailers, landlords and property companies.

Drew has advised on a number of major retail schemes, including Buchanan Quarter and Buchanan Galleries Glasgow for Land Securities, and Silverburn and Union Square Aberdeen for Hammerson. Advice has been given to most of the UK's leading retailers, including Marks and Spencer, Ted Baker, Zara, Next, River Island, HMV, New Look, Clarks and Frasers Group.
